Welcome as a Reception Nurse to a well-functioning health center! Tumba in Botkyrka municipality grew up around the paper mill as early as the 1700s and today offers a pleasant area with everything from multi-family houses to villas to agricultural settings. Tumba Health Center is located in well-planned and spacious premises close to Tumba center and can be reached in 20 minutes from Stockholm South Station. We prioritize work environment, good collaboration, and well-being. Together we work to provide high-quality primary care for our population. The health center, with approximately 14,000 registered patients, has geographic coordination responsibility for primary care in Botkyrka. We have a general practice clinic, home care services, district nurse clinic, child health center (BVC), psychosocial team, and rehabilitation coordinator. We have good collaboration with primary care rehabilitation in the area. Work Tasks The position includes all common nursing tasks at a reception clinic such as telephone advice, chat, triage/patient booking via TeleQ, reception visits for dressing changes, injections, health conversations, etc. Most patients have scheduled appointments, but we also see walk-in patients for assessment. We also have specialized clinics for hypertension, diabetes, asthma/COPD, and geriatric care. Some opportunity for remote work is available.
