Then this might be the right role for you. The Field Work School at Göta Engineer Regiment (Ing 2) is now seeking a motor equipment instructor. We are looking for someone with broad practical and technical experience in motor equipment who wants to use your expertise to train the future instructors of the Swedish Armed Forces. You don't need to be a trained teacher – you will receive the pedagogical training required to succeed in the role. About the Unit The Field Work School conducts both material testing and specialized unit development as well as student education. Students include professional and reserve officers in competency development as well as those completing advanced training. As the need to increase the number of instructors in the motor equipment field is significant, we are now seeking a motor equipment instructor. Main Responsibilities As a motor equipment instructor, you will work in a team to train future instructors in the Swedish Armed Forces in motor equipment. Support for soldier training in motor equipment may occur. For the right individual, there is an opportunity to support the school's work in identifying the Swedish Armed Forces' future motor equipment needs. The position offers excellent opportunities for professional development. Requirements 3-year upper secondary education or equivalent knowledge that the employer deems equivalent Driving license class BE/CE Good knowledge of construction machinery Meritorious Pedagogical education Completed military training/GMU Training certificate or military equipment operator license for motor equipment Personal Competencies We are looking for someone who takes responsibility, shows initiative, and enjoys working with others.
