We build and renovate engines - from production blocks to racing engines. We do the machining in-house. We're now looking for two profiles: an experienced engine builder and an apprentice who wants to become one. Track 1 - Engine Builder (experienced) You build engines independently. Disassembly, measurement, assembly, finishing. Requirements: You have built at least 50 engines from start to finish - the whole way yourself, not as an assistant You measure and document You read workshop data and tolerance specifications Track 2 - Engine Builder Apprentice You have the foundation and drive, but not the number of engines behind you. You'll learn the craft from people who know it, and you'll build real engines from day one - under supervision. Requirements: Basic mechanical understanding - you know how an internal combustion engine works and have done some repairs yourself Automotive technical education or equivalent hands-on experience Accuracy over speed. We build engines, we don't change oil filters Willingness to learn to measure, document, and do it right every time Applies to both tracks Swedish in speech and writing (if you're experienced, English can work too) You clean up after yourself and take responsibility for your work Meritorious Performance builds Cylinder head work, valve seat grinding Experience with measuring equipment: micrometer, internal measuring gauge, flatness measurement Own motorsports experience We offer Workshop with the right machinery - we don't compromise on equipment Colleagues who know their craft and will teach it Salary based on experience, full-time, permanent after probationary periodWe build and renovate engines - from production blocks to racing engines.
