Meeting Booker with Excellent Commission – Malmö

About the Role As a meeting booker at Svenska Alarm, you are a key player in our sales team. You handle both incoming and outgoing customer contacts via phone, email, and digital channels – and you are responsible for the first, critical step in the customer journey: creating interest and booking qualified meetings for our sales representatives and technicians. Your task is to understand what the customer needs, spark interest in the right alarm solution, and book a meeting where one of our sales representatives or technicians takes over at the customer's location. This requires you to be attentive, solution-oriented, and able to quickly build trust. You will work from our office in Malmö and work Monday–Friday, 09–18.
