About the role: We are currently offering independent work from home for sales-oriented individuals who thrive with customer contact via phone. As a meeting booker with us, you will contact new potential customers and book new customer meetings for our clients. You will be responsible for prospecting and establishing first contact with new customers as well as generating interest in the services or products that our clients offer. The meeting booker role is an independent and challenging position with good development opportunities for the right person. To succeed in this role, it is important that you have a strong work ethic and can work at a fast pace without compromising the quality of your work. We are looking for someone who is results-oriented: • Has excellent communication skills and speaks and writes Swedish fluently. • Wants to work for a company where you can influence your own salary through strong performance. • Is independent, organized, and can prioritize tasks. • Is thorough and takes great responsibility for your work. • Has good computer skills and is comfortable using the phone as a tool. • Enjoys customer contact and can manage multiple communication channels. • Has great patience and maintains a positive attitude. It is important that you are service-oriented and action-driven. When hired, you will initially be introduced and trained remotely in sales and communication techniques as well as familiarized with our services, with the goal of quickly getting up to speed and optimizing your potential to become a successful meeting booker. You will work in a web-based phone system. With this setup, you will not be charged for any calls you make! The work requires that you have your own computer with internet connection and a headset!
