Meeting Booker

Since 2015, DeLarge Nordic AB has helped companies and organizations across the Nordic region grow through smart sales solutions. Now we're continuing our journey, and we're looking for a driven, engaged, and goal-oriented meeting booker who wants to make a difference with us! Your Role with Us As a meeting booker, you'll become an important part of our clients' sales efforts. You'll be responsible for scheduling qualified meetings, building relationships, and creating valuable contacts via both phone and email. You'll work on varying projects where, with the help of our CRM system, you'll plan, follow up, and ensure quality in every interaction. In our team, we work closely together — with energy, collaboration, and shared goals in focus. With us, you're not just a colleague; you're a key player in our collective success. Who We're Looking For We're looking for someone with strong drive, a positive mindset, and a willingness to develop. The phone is a central tool in daily work, so it's important that you feel comfortable taking initiative and making calls. You enjoy working toward clear goals and thrive in a fast-paced environment with clear structure. You have: Strong communication skills in Swedish (spoken and written) The ability to build trust in conversations and develop long-term relationships Genuine engagement and a desire to perform It's a merit if you have experience with phone work, sales, or customer service – but most important to us is your personality and ambition to succeed in your role. Understanding Norwegian is seen as a merit, but is not required.
