Aimpoint is a world-leading company that develops and manufactures red dot sights. They're expanding rapidly and now need reinforcement for their team in Malmö. Here you'll work in a meticulous and process-oriented workflow, where your contribution is crucial to product quality. 🛠 What does the role involve? As an assembler or operator, you'll work hands-on in a structured production environment. You'll rotate between stations and perform tasks requiring concentration, precision, and fine motor skills. 📍 Position is at Aimpoint in Malmö Work schedule – shift rotation: Week 1 (Morning): Monday–Thursday 06:00–14:20, Friday 06:00–12:00 Week 2 (Afternoon): Monday–Thursday 14:20–22:40, Friday 12:00–18:00 🎯 Are you the one? We're looking for someone who enjoys working with precision and quality. If you have hobbies or experience where fine motor skills play an important role – such as makeup, model building, weapon maintenance, electronics, or gaming – that's a big plus.
