FolCon AB is now hiring additional assemblers/operators for assignments with our client Aimpoint AB in Gällivare – a world-class company in optical sights.

🛠 About the Job
As an assembler or operator, you work practically and carefully in a production environment. You perform highly detailed tasks and are responsible for ensuring that the finished product meets Aimpoint's high quality standards. Work is performed in shifts.
Location: Gällivare
Working Hours:
Morning shift: Monday–Friday 05:30–14:00
Evening shift: Monday–Thursday 14:00–23:30
Is This Right for You?
We are looking for people who have an eye for detail and enjoy working with their hands. If you have interests that require precision – for example, makeup, electronics, miniature building, model aircraft, shooting, or similar – you likely have the right profile!
You should also have:
✔️ Good fine motor skills
✔️ Be organized and focused
✔️ Enjoy routines but also be able to adapt when needed
✔️ Have high work ethic and be quality-conscious
Requirements:
🔹 You are 18 years or older
🔹 You are fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written
🔹 You are willing to provide an excerpt from the criminal record registry
