We are now hiring assembly technicians who can start by August 24th at the latest. About the Position You will primarily work in a production team that manufactures privacy shades for passenger cars, similar to a retractable roller shade for the cargo area. The production is modern and includes robots and automated systems. Your tasks will include assembly, handling various robots, and quality inspections. Experience with sewing, particularly industrial sewing, is a plus. Work may also occur in other parts of the production. We Are Looking For You If You Are thorough, responsible, and quality-conscious. Enjoy working at a fast pace. Have good teamwork skills and are a positive team player. Can handle repetitive work tasks. Speak and understand Swedish very well. Have experience from production (advantageous). Work Hours Starting August 31st, the position will be on a two-shift schedule with the following working hours: Morning shift: Monday-Friday 05:30-14:00 Evening shift: Monday-Thursday 14:00-23:00 We normally work daytime only and the position will return to normal working hours as soon as possible, which are daytime hours where we work 8.5 hours Monday-Thursday and 6 hours on Fridays. We Offer Collective agreement according to the Technology Agreement. Starting salary of 27,000 kr/month for those without longer production experience. Fixed-term employment with the ambition to transition to permanent employment after 6-12 months.
