About the Position You will work assembling the company's well-known products – such as chainsaws, robotic lawn mowers, clearing saws, and other garden and forestry products. The work occurs at a fast pace on assembly lines and includes the use of various tools. You will be part of a larger team in a diverse environment. Working hours vary depending on the station, but primarily consist of day shifts or two shifts; in some cases, a continuous shift schedule may also apply. We are looking for someone who is flexible and able to work different shifts, as shift changes may occur. This is a full-time consultant position with immediate start. The assignment duration can vary but typically includes a 6-month probationary period, with the possibility of a permanent employment contract for the right candidate. Selection and interviews are ongoing; however, as needs may arise at a later time, response times may be longer than usual. We appreciate your understanding! About You To succeed in this role, you need documented experience with assembly in a similar environment, preferably with a background in the metal industry or manufacturing production. The work is physically demanding and occurs at a fast pace, so you should be comfortable with repetitive work tasks, stress-resistant, and have good physical endurance. As a person, you are collaborative and a team player; you enjoy working toward common goals but also have the ability to drive your work forward independently with structure and precision. Key Requirements for the Position: Previous assembly experience in an industrial environment. Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written. Flexible regarding shifts and shift changes.
