About the Position You will work assembling the company's well-known products – such as chainsaws, robotic lawn mowers, brush cutters, and other garden and forestry products. The work takes place at a fast pace on assembly lines and includes the use of various tools. You will be part of a larger team in an environment characterized by diversity. The assembler position is a full-time assignment where you work as a consultant with placement in Huskvarna. The assignment duration may vary but typically involves a 6-month probationary period, with the possibility of permanent employment for the right person. Working hours vary depending on the station, but are primarily daytime or two-shift work; in some cases, continuous shift work including weekends may occur. We are looking for someone who is flexible and able to work different shifts, as shift changes may occur. About You To succeed in this role, you need to have documented assembly experience in a similar environment, preferably with a background in the metal industry or manufacturing production. The work is physically demanding and takes place at a fast pace, which means you should be comfortable with repetitive work tasks, stress-resilient, and have good physical stamina. As a person, you are cooperative and a team player; you enjoy working toward common goals, but also have the ability to drive your work forward independently with structure and precision. Key Requirements for the Position: Previous experience with assembly in an industrial environment. Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written. Flexible regarding shifts and shift changes.
