Description:

About the Position As an assembler for our client in the automotive industry, you will work assembling vehicle components with a focus on precision and quality. The role involves hands-on work where some tasks can be physically demanding, so it's important that you enjoy active work and feel comfortable using your strength when needed. You'll become part of a team where collaboration and continuous improvement are a natural part of everyday work. Ideas and initiatives are valued here, regardless of where in the organization they come from – and you'll have the opportunity to influence both work methods and results. For the right person, there are also good opportunities to develop and grow within the company. The position is full-time and involves a 6-month fixed-term employment where you work either day shift or evening shift consistently. Expected start date is between weeks 34–41. Interviews are conducted on a rolling basis throughout the summer and fall. A Typical Day as an Assembler You start your shift together with the team where you review the day's goals and follow up on yesterday's results. The team leader assigns work and checks if there are any new improvement suggestions to test. Throughout the day, you assemble vehicle components at a steady pace, with a focus on quality and precision. The work is varied and alternates between different tasks. When something can be done better, more easily, or smarter, you bring it up – and often the team tests new solutions right away. It's a workplace where people ask questions, help each other, and learn from one another. When your shift ends, you know what you've accomplished, together. About You We're looking for someone who is engaged and responsible, a team player who thrives in an environment where people help each other. You're meticulous in your work and have the ability to work at a good pace without compromising on quality. You appreciate working with others and contribute to an inclusive work environment where different perspectives are seen as a strength. We especially welcome those who want to develop a career in industry – whether you have extensive experience or are just starting your professional journey. It's important that you speak and write Swedish fluently. Previous experience as an assembler or in a similar role is a plus, but your attitude and willingness to learn are equally important. If you're also flexible, punctual, and enjoy social settings, you'll be a great fit for the role. At Adecco, we value equality and diversity and work actively for an inclusive labor market. We welcome applicants with different backgrounds and experiences where we place great emphasis on personal suitability. A background check will be conducted on all finalist candidates in the recruitment process.
