At our Building Automation department in Västerås, we work on the design, engineering, programming, installation, and commissioning of control systems for ventilation, heating, and cooling. Together with an experienced team, we deliver complete and energy-efficient solutions that contribute to satisfied customers and reduced energy consumption. We're now looking for technicians who want to join our team and help shape the future of building automation. About the Role As a Building Automation Technician, you'll install the systems we deliver, both independently and together with colleagues. You'll work from operating manuals, control panel schematics, and system documentation, collaborating closely with site managers and project teams. Your responsibilities will include: Install systems and lead the work forward Read and follow operating manuals, schematics, and system documentation Troubleshoot and fix minor electrical or mechanical issues Ensure high quality and organization in your work Collaborate with project managers, technicians, and other stakeholders Personal Qualities You enjoy working in different environments and collaborating with other contractors on the project. You are logical, systematic, and consistent in your work. We value the ability to take initiative and work both independently and as part of a team. We're looking for someone with strong installation technical knowledge and the ability to plan your daily work effectively. Electrical training and a category B driver's license are required.
