Here's what a workday at Elos might look like: As an assembly technician, you'll be an important part of a team of about 15 people, working closely together and in close collaboration with other departments. Your workday starts with a team meeting where you and your colleagues go through goals, plans, and priorities. You get a clear picture of what needs to be done and how you'll achieve it together. After the meeting, you head to your assigned workstation for the day – for example, it could be our cleanroom, an environment with high standards for cleanliness and precision. In your role as an assembly technician, you will, among other things: Inspect our customers' products according to specified requirements. Assemble and package products. Work with different processes that require rotation among team members. Work in various environments with different cleanliness requirements. Beyond this, tasks also include inspection, labeling, and visual checking according to specific quality grades. Each step is crucial to ensure the quality our customers expect. Day Shift / Shifts In our post-processing department, working hours are mainly during the day, between 07:00-16:00. Shift work may occur.
