What you will do In the role of assembler, you will work in a production or workshop environment with assembly and practical tasks. The work is often performed according to drawings or work instructions and requires precision, quality mindset, and safe tool handling. You are part of a team where you together are responsible for delivering according to set goals. Perform assembly according to drawings, instructions, and specified quality requirements Use hand tools and simple machines in a safe and efficient manner Ensure that work is performed according to applicable procedures, safety regulations, and quality standards Participate in daily planning together with colleagues and work management Contribute to order and cleanliness at the workplace, including cleaning and maintenance of your work station Participate in improvement work by reporting deviations and suggesting improvements in work methods Who we are looking for We are looking for someone with experience in practical work, preferably as an assembler, carpenter, or within other industrial or craft-related activities. You have good practical skills, are comfortable with tools and machinery, and appreciate a pace where both efficiency and quality are important. As a person, you are thorough, collaborative, and responsible.
