Assembly Technician – New Production

We are now seeking production technicians for our new production facility – people who enjoy technical work, take responsibility, and want to develop together with us.
These positions involve shift work with day and evening shifts.
The Assignment
As a production technician in new production, you will work with disassembly, assembly, troubleshooting, and processing of components and projects according to the company's production planning. You are an important part of production and contribute to ensuring high quality and delivery precision in our work.
In this role, you work both independently and together with colleagues in production. You are expected to follow manufacturing orders and work instructions and actively contribute to improvements in daily work. The work also includes quality controls, measurement, machine maintenance, and responsibility for order and safety within your work area.
We are seeking people who are familiar with one or more of the following machine types:
Manual support lathe
Drill press
Competency Requirements
Education
Technical gymnasium or Komvux with a focus on workshop technology is a merit
Alternatively, other technical education combined with practical experience
Knowledge
Good ability to read and interpret technical drawings
Experience using measurement equipment and tools
Understanding of machining and workshop work
Ability to work independently at machines
Basic computer skills
Knowledge of turning or similar machining is a merit
Experience
At least one year of experience from a workshop, industrial, or machining environment
Experience in production, machine processing, or assembly is a merit
Experience with quality controls and documentation is a merit

Responsibilities in the Role
Follow manufacturing orders, work instructions, and measurement protocols
Prepare upcoming work and ensure that materials and tools are available
Ensure quality of completed work
Perform daily maintenance of machines and equipment
Report deviations and errors in process or documentation
Responsible for order and cleaning within your work area
Ensure correct reporting and time registration in systems
