We are currently seeking experienced assemblers for a world-leading company in its industry. You will work in a modern production environment alongside a competent and engaged team where collaboration, responsibility, and attention to detail are key.
This position is part of our staffing operations, which means you will be employed by Yourstaff and work on-site at the customer's facility.
Working Hours: Daytime, Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:45 PM
Job Responsibilities
As an assembler, you will work with assembly and troubleshooting of products, primarily with an electrical focus. The work is varied and includes:
Assembly of products according to instructions, drawings, and electrical schematics
Final testing and quality control
Troubleshooting and participation in problem-solving
Participation in basic maintenance of machines and equipment
Qualifications
We are looking for someone who has:
Good Swedish language skills, both spoken and written
High school diploma, preferably in electrical, electronics, or technical fields
Basic computer skills
At least 1 year of assembly experience, preferably with electrical schematic reading
Good physical fitness
Desirable Qualities
Quality-conscious and thorough
Technical understanding and interest in assembly work
Ability to read, understand, and follow instructions
Experience with measurement and quality tools
Responsible, organized, and stress-resilient
