We are currently seeking experienced assemblers for a world-leading company in its industry. You will work in a modern production environment alongside a competent and engaged team where collaboration, responsibility, and attention to detail are in focus. This position is part of our staffing services, which means you are employed by Yourstaff and work on-site at the client's location. Work Hours: Daytime, Monday–Friday 7:00 AM–3:45 PM Job Responsibilities As an assembler, you will work with assembly and troubleshooting of products, primarily with a focus on electrical work. The work is varied and includes: Assembly of products according to instructions, drawings, and electrical schematics Final testing and quality checks Troubleshooting and participation in problem-solving Participation in basic maintenance of machines and equipment Qualifications We are looking for someone who has: Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written High school education, preferably in electrical, electronics, or technical fields Basic computer skills At least 1 year of experience in assembly, preferably with experience reading electrical schematics Good physical fitness Desirable Qualities Quality-conscious and meticulous Technical understanding and interest in assembly work Ability to read, understand, and follow instructions Experience with measurement and quality tools Responsible, organized, and stress-resilient We Offer Secure employment with Yourstaff under collective agreement Work at an attractive and world-leading client company An inclusive work environment with a relaxed atmosphere Opportunity for permanent employment Wellness allowance We conduct interviews and selections on an ongoing basis, so the position may be filled before the closing date if we find the right candidate.
