As a prefab assembler for our client in Falkenberg, you will be an important part in the manufacturing of prefabricated building components. We are looking for someone who enjoys practical work, attention to detail, and working in a team. The position is structured as a consulting assignment through Lernia with the possibility of extension or transition to direct employment with the client. About the Position In the role of prefab assembler, you work with assembly and quality assurance of prefabricated units. Experienced in production work and on construction sites with assembly, blueprint reading, and use of hand tools. You work carefully, efficiently, and function well both independently and as part of a team. You focus on quality, safety, and meeting production schedules. You work daytime hours 07:00-16:00. About You We are looking for a careful and driven person who enjoys practical work in a production environment. You are responsible, have good collaboration skills, and work effectively both independently and in a team. Experience with assembly, blueprint reading, and working with hand tools is advantageous. The client values high work ethic, flexibility, and a positive attitude toward work and development. Formal Qualifications Experience with assembly work or industrial environment Basic knowledge of reading blueprints or assembly instructions Good Swedish language skills, both spoken and written Traverse certification Forklift certification A & B Advantages Experience with welding, assembly of building components, or equivalent Education in construction, carpentry, or industrial production Experience with quality control and measuring tools Forklift certification A & B You as a Person Careful and engaged Structured and quality-conscious Cooperative and responsible Flexible and eager to learn As One of Us As a consultant through Lernia, you receive market-rate salary, vacation, pension contributions, insurance, and membership in a collective agreement.
