Your Tasks As an assembler at Phoenix Mecano, you will primarily work with shimming of lift columns. Shimming is an important part of the assembly process and requires great accuracy, precision, and an eye for detail. You work methodically to ensure correct dimensions, fit, and function of the product. Your tasks include, among other things: * Assembly of components. * Shimming and fine-tuning of lift columns. * Measurement and inspection to ensure correct tolerances and fit. * Quality control of completed work. * Work according to instructions and given specifications. * Use of hand tools and other equipment in assembly work. To be considered for this position, you have: * Previous experience with assembly in industry or craft work. * Experience with mechanical assembly and work with hand tools. * Basic computer skills. * Beneficial: experience with shimming or similar precision work. * Beneficial: experience with work involving similar materials and tasks. * Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.
