Nordic Auto El is a family-owned company with extensive experience in vehicle electrical systems and technical solutions for commercial vehicles. The company was founded in 1991 and currently operates in Stockholm, Gothenburg, and Malmö. They have approximately 4,500 contract customers at their workshops and have been SWEDAC-accredited in Sweden since 2000. Approximately 10,000 vehicles pass through their workshops annually. Nordic Auto El works with various automotive electronics solutions for individual vehicles to small and large vehicle fleets. Today, they have a total of 16 employees with extensive combined knowledge of automotive electronics, installations, and accessories.

Job Responsibilities
The technician role is broad and varied. You primarily work in the workshop but also at customer sites with installation and service of electronic equipment. The work is largely independent, where you take responsibility for your scheduled jobs, with support from colleagues when needed. Assignments vary in both scope and duration, from shorter service jobs to longer installation projects.
Examples of job responsibilities:
Installation and calibration of breathalyzers
Assembly of taximeters and other vehicle equipment
Installation of fleet management systems
Troubleshooting and work with vehicle electrical systems (12/24V)
Assembly of vehicle interior and lighting
Work in workshop and at customer sites
Education, Experience, and Personal Qualities
Requirements
Basic electrical knowledge
Understanding of electrical schematics, relays, etc.
Good Swedish proficiency in speaking and writing
Basic English proficiency in speaking and writing
Manual B driver's license
Basic computer skills
Meritorious qualifications also include:
Experience from the automotive or service industry
Experience with breathalyzers and taximeters
Experience with fleet management systems
Experience with vehicle interior and lighting
C driver's license
