We are proud of what we do – and even prouder of how we do it Job Description We are now looking for a meticulous and driven assembler for MannTek's production facility in Mariestad. Here you'll have the opportunity to work in a high-tech and international operation where quality, safety, and teamwork are in focus. In this role, you will work on assembling couplings and other components, testing finished products, and packaging them for shipment. You will also assist with material handling, picking items from inventory, and forklift operation in connection with picking and supplying production. Work is performed on the evening shift together with a dedicated team where collaboration and responsibility are a natural part of daily life. Key Responsibilities: • Assembly and sub-assembly of products and components • Testing and quality control of finished products • Packaging and preparation for shipment • Material picking and inventory management • Forklift operation as needed • Contributing to order, quality, and continuous improvements in production Qualifications We are looking for someone with a technical interest and motivation to learn new things. Previous experience in assembly, manufacturing, or warehouse work is desirable, but we place great emphasis on personal qualities and the right attitude. You are someone who takes responsibility for your work, is meticulous, and has a strong focus on quality. You enjoy collaborating with others while also being able to work independently when needed. Above all, you are engaged, curious, and proud to deliver good results. We would like to see that you: • Have a technical interest • Are meticulous and quality-conscious • Have a positive attitude and willingness to develop • Enjoy practical work • Have fluent Swedish, both spoken and written • Live in the Mariestad area Desirable Qualifications: • Forklift certification A2, B1, and especially B2 • Experience with forklift operation and warehouse work Forklift certification is desirable but not required.
