About the Position
Professionals Nord is seeking an Assembler in collaboration with ES Hydagent. This assignment is part of our personnel placement services—you will be employed by Professionals Nord and work as a consultant for 6 months. The intention is for you to potentially become directly employed by them over time, provided all parties are satisfied with the collaboration.
ES Hydagent in Umeå consists of approximately 10 employees, including 3 assemblers who will be your closest colleagues. They now want to expand the team and are therefore looking for an additional assembler who values good team spirit and having fun while maintaining meticulous work with high quality standards.

Job Responsibilities
As an Assembler at ES Hydagent, you'll enjoy a varied and hands-on workday. You work with production planning and are responsible for starting production by assembling and joining components into finished products. The work also includes test runs, quality inspections, and handover to storage. The role is characterized by close collaboration where the team supports each other through different work tasks, creating a flexible and developmental work environment. Working hours are scheduled for weekdays between 07:00 and 16:00.
We're Looking for You If:
We're looking for someone who enjoys tinkering and has a genuine interest in mechanics and hydraulics. It's a merit if you have some form of hydraulics training and/or have worked as an assembler, but it's not a requirement. We also view a forklift certification positively.
We believe your personal qualities are decisive for how well you'll thrive in this role. We therefore see you as driven, taking own initiative and working carefully with a strong focus on quality. You have the ability to stay calm and prioritize even when the pace is high.
