About the Position As an assembler at Micropol, you play an important role in assembling our fiber optic products. Your workday begins at your designated workplace, where you handle and process orders based on assembly instructions. Work Schedule: Week 1 (Monday–Friday): 05:30–14:15 Week 2 (Monday–Thursday): 13:30–23:15 Initially, you start during daytime hours (07:00–16:00), before transitioning to a two-shift schedule. About You Formal Qualifications We're looking for someone with strong Swedish language skills, both spoken and written, which is important for following instructions and documenting work correctly. You need good fine motor skills and normal color vision, as these qualities are essential in daily work with our fiber optic products. As an assembler, full focus on work and the ability to work efficiently are required. Additionally, you must pass an approved medical examination to ensure your suitability for working with chemicals. Merits It's a merit if you have experience with similar tasks or soldering, as this can give you an advantage in assembling our products. Previous work in production or technical assembly can also be beneficial.
