Assembly Technician with Forklift Certification Needed for Major Pharmaceutical Company in Umeå!

Are you detail-oriented, hands-on, and comfortable working in a production environment where quality and collaboration are paramount? We are now seeking three consultants for an exciting assignment with a well-established life science and manufacturing organization in Umeå. In your role as an assembly technician, you will work with manufacturing, assembly, testing, and packaging of products, spare parts, and accessories. You will be part of a team where diverse expertise collaborates to ensure high quality and efficient production flows. This is a consulting position starting as soon as possible and running through December 30, 2026, with the possibility of extension. Work hours: 07:00–16:00, Monday–Friday Scope: 40 hours/week Location: Umeå In this role, you will, among other things: Assemble and inspect products and components. Carry out module and system testing according to instructions. Work with packaging of products, spare parts, and accessories. Handle order and production documentation according to established procedures. Contribute to order, structure, and quality in production. Suggest and contribute to improvements in work processes and work environment. Collaborate with colleagues and other departments. When needed, work within different areas of the operation. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR We are seeking someone who: Has upper secondary education with a technical focus or at least one year of experience from manufacturing industry. Has previous experience from manufacturing industry. Has experience with change and improvement initiatives. Holds a valid forklift certification. Has strong knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written. Has good computer skills and learns new systems and work methods easily. We believe you are a meticulous and responsible person who enjoys working in a structured and focused manner. You have a quality-conscious work approach and understand the importance of following instructions and procedures. You are also social and unpretentious and enjoy collaborating with others.
