About the Position As an assembler with our client in Västerås, you will join a dedicated team where accuracy, safety, and quality are the focus. You will work on various assembly lines assembling components and products according to drawings and work instructions. You will also perform inspections and participate in improvement initiatives to ensure efficient production. This is a staffing assignment through Lernia with good opportunities for extension. Assemble and inspect products according to instructions and quality specifications Perform simple mechanical and/or electrical tasks depending on the assignment Use tools and measuring equipment and document completed work in internal systems Follow safety and work environment procedures and contribute to an orderly workplace Participate in improvement initiatives and suggest efficiencies in the assembly process About You Formal Qualifications You have relevant experience from assembly or production and are accustomed to following drawings and work instructions. Experience with hand tools and basic electrical safety procedures is a plus. Basic knowledge of Swedish, spoken and written, is required to follow instructions and communicate with colleagues. Meritorious It is advantageous to have experience from industrial assembly, experience with quality inspections, previous work in a lean environment, or experience working with digital registration systems. Safe lifting certification or overhead crane certification is highly advantageous; certificates are required. Personal Qualities You are thorough, responsible, and have good problem-solving abilities. You work effectively in a team, are flexible regarding tasks and working hours, and have a positive attitude toward improvement initiatives and learning.
