For the role as assembler, we are primarily looking for someone who is a driven and positive team player who is motivated by the opportunity to develop and be an important member of the team. To get into the role as quickly as possible, it is a great advantage if you have experience from technical high school or equivalent and have assembly experience. Beyond that, it is a great advantage if you have experience with independent and qualified work as an assembler, have experience with production technology and manufacturing industry. About you The tasks in this role suit you if you are meticulous, self-driven, solution-focused, and quality-conscious. You appreciate a fast pace and thrive in a role where you are an important cog in a large assembly operation. You can work independently but understand the importance of being able to work with your team. Formal qualifications Have relevant education or experience as an assembler. Have the ability to express yourself well in both speech and writing in Swedish and English. Have a Class B driver's license. Have a technical interest. Have a forklift certificate A+B. Have a overhead crane certificate. Meritorious Have experience with machinery/robots Have access to your own car Good knowledge of blueprint reading. Have good computer skills. Have certification for lift operation. The position is full-time and you will be employed as a consultant at Lernia Staffing. The hours are distributed over 2 shifts, so your flexibility is highly valued.
