We are now recruiting assemblers for our production facility with a focus on custom ventilation units. A Day in the Job As an assembler with us, you will work in production assembling ventilation units based on drawings and technical documentation. The work is varied and requires you to translate theory into practice and handle the adjustments that arise along the way. With us, you work with custom solutions where each project has its own requirements. This demands that you understand the construction, see the bigger picture, and ensure that every detail is correct. You work closely with your colleagues in production and contribute ideas and solutions when challenges arise during assembly work. The work includes, among other things: - Assembling products based on customer-unique solutions - Working from drawings and instructions – and translating them into practice - Identifying improvements and solutions in daily work - Ensuring quality in each individual product - Contributing to a safe, efficient, and well-functioning production Today our production is based in Råstorp outside Markaryd, but in the long term production will be moved to Ljungby. The position is currently day shift. Does This Sound Like You? We are looking for someone with experience from production, who is technically skilled and enjoys work where precision, quality, and problem-solving are a natural part of everyday life. To succeed in this role, we see that you: - Are skilled at reading drawings and can translate them into practice - Have good technical and practical understanding - Are used to working from instructions and drawings - Have an eye for quality and details As a person, you enjoy collaborating and contributing to the team. You like taking initiative and finding solutions together with your colleagues. You are fluent in Swedish, both verbally and in writing. Experience with custom production is a merit, as is experience from the construction or ventilation industry and work with joining sheet metal, insulation, and components.
