Do you want to work in a stable operation with strong local presence and a growing project portfolio? We are now hiring an assembler for an established company in Bålsta that supplies and assembles steel and aluminum structures for construction projects in the Stockholm area. About the Role As an assembler, you will work on-site on projects throughout Stockholm. You will always be part of a team – at least two people per project – and be responsible for ensuring that assembly work is performed correctly, safely, and according to applicable standards. The work is based out of Bålsta, but 99% of the projects are located in Stockholm and you can start your day from home. Selected Work Tasks: Assembly of steel structures on-site at customer locations Participation in projects of varying size and complexity Ensuring work complies with applicable quality and safety requirements (European standards) Close collaboration with colleagues and production management Performing minor service and adjustment work as needed This is a practical and varied role where no two weeks are the same. Service vehicles are provided and you can start your workday from home. Depending on your experience and background, you will initially work alongside experienced assemblers. An individual onboarding plan will be developed to ensure you get up to speed the right way. Requirements for the Position Experience with assembly work, preferably for large customers in steel construction Fluent Swedish, both spoken and written B-class driver's license (manual transmission is a plus but not required) NOTE! Background check will be conducted upon hiring Merits Experience as an assembler in steel, metal, or building construction Good blueprint reading skills and ability to work independently based on construction documents Valid welding certification and practical welding experience Who Are You?
