About the Role As an assembly technician in your city, you are responsible for assembling components and complete products according to drawings and work instructions. You work practically with hand tools and power tools, ensure proper fit and quality, and contribute to a safe and efficient production process. What You Will Do Assemble components and products according to drawings and work instructions Use hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently Inspect fit and quality and perform measurements Troubleshoot and correct simple assembly errors Document completed work and follow deviation reporting procedures Follow safety procedures and contribute to a safe work environment Collaborate with colleagues to optimize workflows and solve problems What You Bring Trade certification or previous experience with assembly work in an industrial environment Experience with hand tools and power tools as well as basic measurement techniques Knowledge of quality control and documentation Ability to work shifts when needed and follow safety regulations You are driven and take ownership of your work You deliver high quality, every time You collaborate and lift the people around you You always want to learn and help others learn in the workplace Salary and Employment Type Positions can be offered as full-time, part-time, or on an as-needed/temporary staffing basis — salary and employment type are determined through individual discussion with SuperRen based on your experience, your goals, and the best match with the workplace.
