SÄVE Hyrmaskiner Sverige AB is located in cities such as Gothenburg, Malmö, and Sölvesborg. We primarily work with product categories such as facade climbers, construction hoists, and lifts that we rent out to our customers throughout the Nordic region. Responsibilities as a Technician As a Technician at SÄVE Hyrmaskiner, you work in a tightly knit team consisting of depot manager, project manager, supervisor, technicians, and service technicians. The work involves assembling, disassembling, and moving machines related to our projects throughout southern Sweden. You will work in the field on a daily basis and handle day-to-day contact with our customers on project sites. This requires that you have strong competence and experience in communicating both with colleagues and customers. You must be passionate about service, quality, and development. You should be goal-oriented and have the mindset that you are never better than your last project. The work you perform is varied and you will face new challenges every day. You must be solution-oriented. We categorize the Technician's responsibilities in the following steps. Responsibilities as a Technician At SÄVE, you work in a team (2 people) and independently. This sets high demands on you as an employee as you must function well in a group and have the drive to work independently and make decisions. The work you perform is varied and no two days are alike. The Technician's responsibilities can be categorized into three steps. 1) Assembly of machines such as construction hoists and facade climbers. This work is often performed at great heights, which requires good physical fitness and the ability to handle heights. 2) Perform preventive assembly measures at the service depot and plan assembly work together with your project manager/supervisor to ensure that the machines are installed correctly and maintain the highest quality. 3) Communicate and have dialogue with SÄVE Hyrmaskiner customers on the work sites, where you have the opportunity to demonstrate your knowledge and ability to solve various obstacles/opportunities that may arise with the machines on the projects. Qualifications You who apply for this position should be interested in machinery and have vocational training or good experience with similar work tasks. You should be a driven, positive person and be able to handle stressful situations. You should be skilled at solving problems of various kinds that may arise in your work, as many things can happen that must be solved together with your colleagues. You should be able to juggle multiple tasks and have the ability to get things done and take the ball all the way to the goal before moving on to the next task. Customer contact should be motivating and you should be skilled at communicating with customers and your colleagues. For you who apply for this position, it is an asset to have prior knowledge and experience with climbing platforms, construction hoists, or lifts. If you have competence from assembly work or troubleshooting related to these machines, that is highly valuable. Requirements for Employment B-category driver's license is required to apply for the position.
