Job Description We at Randstad are now looking for motivated and detail-oriented assemblers for an upcoming need at Bosch in Tranås. Have you just graduated or are you at the start of your professional career? Then the assembler role might be for you! We are looking for someone who is motivated and thorough, and who is open to learning new things. If you have previous experience in assembly and production, that is a merit, but we also welcome you without experience! To thrive in the role, you should enjoy working at a fast pace and be able to work both independently and as part of a team with others. Our customers have different assembly methods depending on which department you are in; tools used include screwdrivers and various testing equipment. Written instructions and drawings are the basis for assembly. The work involves shift work, but daytime shifts may occur. As an assembler at Bosch, you have overall responsibility for transforming technical components into finished quality products through both partial and full assembly. Work takes place in a structured production line flow, where you carefully assemble components and products in strict accordance with technical drawings and work instructions. You ensure that each step is performed with precision to meet our high standards for functionality and quality. As a consultant at Randstad, you are employed by us and work at our customer's site. Responsibilities Assembly Full and partial assembly Assembly on production line Assembly of components according to drawings and work instructions Compliance with high functionality and quality standards Qualifications Ability to follow written instructions (e.g. work orders and drawings) Good communication skills in Swedish, both spoken and written. Enjoy working with practical and physical work and have a sharp eye for detail.
