We require: knowledge of and orientation in technical drawings and assembly documentation, reliability, flexibility, and responsible approach to work, good communication skills and patience, willingness to perform physically and psychologically demanding work during the main season (March-October), including work at heights (scaffolding, assembly platforms, etc.), ability to handle work stress and operational changes during projects, willingness to work away from home, throughout the Czech Republic, with accommodation provided, ability to commute using own vehicle, ability to work in a multicultural work team, possibility of taking vacation mainly outside the main season, willingness to learn new technological procedures, innovations, and complete professional training, interest in personal professional development and education in the field.
