The employment contract is concluded for a fixed term initially for 1 year, then extended twice more for 1 year each, and only after that it becomes indefinite. An advantage is manual dexterity, patience, and an eye for detail. Work on a 3-shift schedule with free transportation to work provided from the directions of: Vlašim, Zruč n/S, and Ledeč n/S.
