About the Position As an Assembly Manager, you have overall responsibility for ensuring that assembly operations function, develop, and deliver across all projects. It's a role where you need both operational control of daily activities and a strategic perspective forward alongside the Project Manager. You lead assembly supervisors and assembly teams, create structure and clarity, and ensure that projects move forward with the right resources, quality, and profitability. At the same time, you're an important part of developing work methods, strengthening the organization, and contributing to the company's continued growth. You'll be based in Borlänge/Falun, with projects primarily in the surrounding area. Travel within Central Sweden occurs. Your Profile In this role, you're responsible for building and developing an already strong assembly team today, where people thrive, develop, and perform. You ensure that staffing, planning, and progress function in projects, while maintaining a clear focus on finances, forecasts, and results in dialogue with the Project Manager. You drive work on health and safety and ensure there is structure, order, and efficient work methods throughout the operation. In daily work, you maintain close dialogue with project management, employees, and the broader organization, where you're a trusted and clear partner who makes things happen. We believe that as a leader, you create trust, engagement, and results. You're experienced in taking responsibility for both people and business, and you have a background in construction or production—for example, as an assembly supervisor, site manager, or in a similar role. You have a structured approach, are business-minded in your decisions, and thrive in a role where you can combine leadership with operational presence. You're communicative, solution-oriented, and collaborate easily with both teams and customers. If you have experience with timber construction or large-scale projects, we see that as an added bonus.
