About the Company Momec has over 50 years of experience developing and manufacturing safe, certified steel doors. We supply weather- and fire-tight sliding doors, as well as soundproof cabin doors to shipyards, shipping companies, and offshore companies worldwide. Additionally, we manufacture contract work in sheet metal and tubing. Momec is located in newly renovated facilities in Bottnaryd between Jönköping and Ulricehamn, right along Route 40, where we currently employ just over 20 people. Job Description This recruitment is conducted in collaboration with NearYou Staffing, which handles selection and the initial recruitment process. The position is a direct employment with Momec AB with daytime hours. Momec has a long and solid tradition of developing and manufacturing safe, certified steel doors for marine environments. The company is also a long-term and comprehensive supplier meeting diverse needs for contract manufacturing in sheet metal processing. Momec is today an organization in good growth and can therefore offer you a position in an environment where you have great opportunities to develop and influence your work. The welding department currently consists of both manual welding with MIG, MAG, and TIG as well as robotic welding in sheet metal. You will work with welding, quality inspections, and finishing in a production that manufactures both small and large series. You need knowledge of reading and working from blueprints as well as good material knowledge. You are quality-conscious, meticulous, and take responsibility for work being performed with high quality. The work is full-time, daytime hours, with a fixed salary. Qualifications We are looking for you who... • have solid experience in manual welding. Experience with robotic welding is a plus • Have a good ability to interpret and follow blueprints carefully • Are a team player who enjoys taking on challenges and has a desire to develop • Are fluent in Swedish and are skilled at communicating with others • Have a positive attitude and contribute to a pleasant work environment.
