Job Responsibilities As a native language teacher, you teach children and young people German as their native language. Teaching takes place outside regular school hours, in the afternoon at one of the municipality's schools. Job responsibilities: plan and conduct instruction according to the curriculum in the native language subject assess students' knowledge against learning objectives for the native language subject work and document in our activity systems The scope of this position is estimated to be approximately 5% of full-time. About the Operation The Native Language Unit works to support children and students in their learning. Together with other native language teachers, you will drive and develop the operation based on our governing documents and the objectives in the curriculum and course plan. Qualifications We are looking for you who has German as your native language expresses yourself well in Swedish, both spoken and written has post-secondary education has experience with bilingual instruction is well acquainted with the governing documents that apply to instruction and can implement these into meaningful learning As a person, you are responsible, structured, have a holistic perspective, and demonstrate professional conduct. With commitment and the ability to work independently and in a group, you find solutions to be able to offer instruction for all your students under the current conditions. We place great emphasis on personal suitability and collaborative ability. Teacher certification is a merit. Nykvarns Municipality is a Finnish administrative region, and we consider it a merit if you speak Finnish.
