Eslövs Municipality offers native language instruction for students from grade 1 through upper secondary school. Instruction is provided in 25 different languages and aims to support students' language development, strengthen their cultural identity, and equip them with tools to succeed both in school and in life. Native language instruction is available at several schools and facilities throughout the municipality.
Your Assignment
This is a fixed-term position as a native language Portuguese teacher at 20%, for the period August 13, 2026–August 9, 2027, with the possibility of extension. Your duties will include:
Planning, documenting, and delivering instruction in Portuguese as a native language
Conducting study guidance and monitoring student learning
Collaborating with educators and participating in identifying student needs and development
Maintaining close contact and cooperation with students, guardians, and colleagues
Your Experience
Very good proficiency in Portuguese
Digital competence to conduct instruction
Experience as a native language teacher or study guide in Portuguese
B-class driver's license is required; owning a car is desirable
Meritorious if you:
Have teacher training with qualifications to teach native language
Have good knowledge of the school's governing documents and can implement them in practical instruction

You are organized and have good ability to plan and follow up on your instruction.

Salary between 32,000 - 39,400 kr depending on experience and responsibility. The final salary is determined individually and is based on an overall assessment of your educational background, previous experience, and the areas in which you have worked previously.
