Dutch Language Teacher (Mother Tongue Instruction)

A multilingual center works with pedagogical support, development, and instruction for multilingual students. The activities span from primary school through secondary school. Job Responsibilities You will teach students in their mother tongue Dutch according to curriculum goals. Your work includes planning, conducting, following up on instruction, assessing knowledge, and maintaining good contact with parents and other educators. The position also includes work as a study guide/mentor. Study guidance takes place in close collaboration with the school's teachers and is a way for students to advance in Swedish while leveraging their previous subject knowledge. Both in-person and remote instruction may be included in the position. Qualifications We are primarily looking for someone with Swedish teaching credentials or other university or college education that the employer deems relevant. You must have very strong skills in Dutch as a mother tongue and good skills in Swedish, both spoken and written. Previous experience working with children and young people is an asset. A valid driver's license B is required as work may take place at multiple schools. This is a fixed-term position at 85% employment during the 2026/27 school year.
