About the Job In your assignment, you will: - Take responsibility for and have insight into student results, which means being responsive to each student's circumstances and needs - Take responsibility for relevant professional development to grow and develop in the profession - Have high expectations for students and their ability to develop - Capture and stimulate students' curiosity, interest, and learning Qualifications We view language instruction as a very important part of student development and goal achievement. A qualitative language development approach is therefore highly prioritized. We expect you to have a holistic view of student learning and be curious about developing your profession with us. Teaching certification with competence in the relevant language is of course meritorious. Work Tasks The work involves native language instruction at the primary school level, conducted remotely. The assignment includes planning, implementation, and evaluation of instruction in accordance with the curriculum. As an educator, it is important that you adapt instruction to students' needs and support their knowledge development. Your Profile We are looking for someone who has: - the current instruction language as their native language - teaching certification or equivalent academic education with a pedagogical focus - experience as a teacher and experience working with remote instruction and very good computer skills (G Suite or similar digital environments) - a formative approach. Interest in pedagogical development and varied teaching aptitude - good knowledge of Swedish in both speech and writing Other Information We apply the collective agreement between Almega Education Companies/Service Organizations and the labor unions Unionen/SI.
