WORK TASKS As a native language teacher, you will work with native language instruction in primary and secondary school in the student's native language. Your work is independent, but you will be part of a work team and you will collaborate with educators throughout Vellinge Municipality. Therefore, high demands are placed on good collaboration skills. Native language instruction is conducted according to the curriculum in the native language subject in all school forms. In your role as a native language teacher, you will make assessments and set grades. Your work is conducted within the framework of state and municipal governing documents. Study guidance may be included in the position. The position is 10%. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for you who have Finnish as your native language (or equivalent) and experience teaching in primary and secondary school. Teacher certification is advantageous. You also have very good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written. You can work toward established goals and have good knowledge of the school's governing documents, both state and municipal. With the help of pedagogical documentation, you make visible and reflect on approaches and learning processes. You have good digital competence and you use digital tools both in teaching and in communication with colleagues and guardians. You see the bigger picture and enjoy working in an environment that demands high levels of responsibility, flexibility, initiative, high service level, and social competence. As a person, you are a positive team player who constantly focuses on the student and their development. We place great importance on personal suitability. You will work at several different schools in the municipality, which means it is an advantage if you have access to a car. Employment form: Fixed-term employment.
