JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
As a native language teacher, you are responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating instruction in native language for students in primary school and/or upper secondary school. You stimulate students' language development and strengthen their cultural identity. The role often involves working at several different schools within the municipality.
Main responsibilities:
Plan instruction based on the Swedish National Agency for Education's curriculum (Lgr22).
Grade students and document their learning progress.
Adapt lessons to students' different ages and language levels.
Collaborate with mentors and other school staff at students' schools.
Maintain contact with parents regarding student development.
Provide study guidance in Arabic in other school subjects as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS
Tierp municipality is part of the Finnish administrative area. If, in addition to our other competency requirements, you also speak Finnish, this could be an asset.
Employment type: Fixed-term position.
Duration: Start date: 2026-08-10, End date: 2027-02-12.
Working hours: Daytime.
