The Installation Partner Role As an installation partner, you will perform window and door replacements in our private customers' homes according to our established concept – Mockfjärdsmontaget. You are responsible for ensuring that the delivery maintains the highest quality, both technically and in customer experience. You are our face in the customer's home. This means you: - Deliver craftsmanship with precision and professional pride - Provide professional and trustworthy treatment - Work structurally and quality-consciously - Represent the brand through branded clothing and vehicles The assignment also includes visibility at the installation site through signage and branded materials. Together with the local agent and sales team, you create a whole where quality, efficiency, and satisfied customers are at the center. Who We're Looking For We're looking for you or your team who operate a limited company – or are on your way to starting one. You are a trained carpenter or have equivalent experience and are comfortable working independently. You speak and write Swedish fluently and have a B driver's license.
