We are now looking for a Mobile Service Technician to join our operations in Stockholm. As a Service Technician at Husqvarna Construction in Söderköping, you will play an important part in ensuring that our customers' operations run smoothly – both through work at our service center and out in the field. About the Role As a Service Technician, you are responsible for repair, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance of our machinery and equipment. The work takes place both at our service center in Söderköping and at our customers' locations. You will also support customers during machine delivery and contribute to high service levels in all customer interactions. The role involves significant personal responsibility in planning and carrying out work, in close dialogue with your team leader. You collaborate with the aftermarket and sales teams to create the best possible customer experience. You document and report completed work in our systems and help develop both work methods and customer relationships. Who Are You? You are self-driven, take responsibility, and have the ability to prioritize your work effectively. You are flexible, service-oriented, and have a good understanding of customers' needs for fast and high-quality service. You have a technical interest and appreciate working both practically and solution-oriented in your daily work.
