About the role
As a Service Technician, you are responsible for repair, troubleshooting and preventive maintenance of our machines and equipment. The work takes place both at our service center in Söderköping and at our customers' sites.
You will also support customers with machine deliveries and contribute to a high level of service in all customer contacts. The role involves significant personal responsibility in planning and carrying out work, in close dialogue with your team leader. You collaborate with the aftermarket and sales departments to create the best possible customer experience.
You document and report completed work in our systems and contribute to developing both work methods and customer relationships.
Who are you?
We are looking for someone who thrives in a role with extensive customer contact and who is motivated by solving technical problems.
You are self-driven, responsible and have the ability to prioritize your work effectively. You are flexible, service-oriented and have a good understanding of customers' need for fast and high-quality service.
You have a technical interest and appreciate working both practically and solution-oriented in your daily work.
Qualifications
- Technical education at upper secondary level or equivalent
- Experience as a service technician, mechanic or similar
- Knowledge of electrical, hydraulic and/or combustion engines
- Good knowledge of Swedish and English, spoken and written
