Your Responsibilities
You will work at our residential facility for adults in Fränninge. We communicate using sign language, which we offer in-house training for. You will be part of a team that works together to ensure each individual has meaningful activities and daily routines. Your task is to provide support in the individual's daily life and assist according to their needs. You may help with personal care, everyday tasks (laundry, cleaning, shopping), or simply provide support in daily life. You are also expected to participate in the individual's activities, such as day trips or other events.
About You
We are looking for someone with a completed upper secondary education, preferably in healthcare or childcare and recreation. We value experience in care and support work and previous work with similar tasks. Knowledge of sign language and experience with LSS is a merit.
As a person, you are responsible, confident, and value the wellbeing of others. For success in this role, your commitment is important. In our recruitment process, we place significant emphasis on personal suitability.
Computer skills are required as documentation is a recurring task. You must be able to read and communicate in Swedish to understand the information that forms the basis for your work.
A driver's license is required.

Employment
We offer you a temporary position with hourly wages. We apply individual wage setting and start date is by agreement. A requirement for employment is that you can provide an extract from the suspicion and criminal record register. Your working hours will include day, evening, night, and weekend shifts.
Before employment, we will conduct a citizenship check. You will need to provide a passport, national ID card, or certificate of identity. If you are not a citizen of Sweden, EU, EES, or Switzerland, you must also provide proof of valid work permit or exemption from work permit requirements according to the Aliens Ordinance Chapter 6 Section 13a.
