About the Role
As a software developer with our client, you will be part of an engaged team where collaboration, quality, and responsibility are in focus. You will work on development, maintenance, and further development of applications for both mobile platforms and Windows-based environments for training equipment. A central part of the role is app development in Kotlin and .NET MAUI, while you contribute throughout the entire development chain, from code and version control to build flows, debugging, and releases. You collaborate closely with developers, testers, and other stakeholders to ensure stable, efficient, and high-quality deliveries.
Beyond daily development work, you actively participate in planning and improvement efforts where you help develop processes, tools, and working methods. You work with modern development methods and contribute to strengthening automation, CI/CD flows, and technical quality. The role suits you if you enjoy combining practical programming with a holistic perspective on structure, quality, and delivery, and if you want to be part of developing tomorrow's application solutions.
Your Profile
To succeed in the role, we believe you have experience in software development and feel comfortable working with Git and modern version control as well as tools such as Azure DevOps or similar platforms for backlog, CI/CD pipelines, and release management. You have a good understanding of build flows, automation, and debugging in complex environments, particularly related to code, dependencies, and deliveries.
We would like to see that you have worked in agile teams and are familiar with approaches such as Scrum, SAFe, or similar, where you actively contribute to planning and shared goals. You have experience developing in C#/.NET and preferably app development, where Kotlin is an important programming language, and have worked with mobile or multi-platform development, such as .NET MAUI or Kotlin Multiplatform/Native. It is also advantageous if you have used modern AI tools to support your development work.
Mandatory Requirements for the Position:
• Bachelor's degree/Master's degree/Vocational degree in software development or equivalent work experience
• Competence in programming in Kotlin and .NET MAUI
• Swedish and English in speech and writing
• Several years of experience working in software development
Meritorious for the Position:
• Experience with modern AI tools
