Worksite Bystřice pod Hostýnem - Your role will not be just overseeing production, but primarily supporting and organizing the work of our team of approximately 30 employees (PWD). - Job responsibilities: Planning and organization: Assigning work to team members with consideration for their health conditions and current orders. People management: Motivating the team, training new colleagues, and ensuring adherence to work procedures. Quality control: Ensuring that only perfectly finished products leave our workshop. Operational tasks: Tracking materials and finished parts, close collaboration with company management. - Requirements: PC skills. Experience in woodworking operations and machine setup a major plus. Responsibility and reliability: You are someone the team can count on. Leadership and planning skills: You can organize your time and the work of others effectively. Attention to detail: You have an eye for detail and workplace organization. - Contract: Part-time position at 30 h/week, fixed-term 1 year with possibility of extension - Benefits: For every 2 hours worked, 10 minutes of paid break, Five weeks vacation, paid breaks and sick day option for well-deserved rest.
