FOREMAN/CONSTRUCTION SITE MANAGER FOR BUILDING CONSTRUCTION (M/F)

The family-owned company Dlabaja, s.r.o. from Moravské Budějovice with more than 30 years of experience in construction is looking for a responsible and organizationally capable colleague for the position of Foreman/Construction Site Manager. We are looking for someone who can organize a team, communicate with contractors, and ensure the smooth progress of construction. What you will do with us: Direct and coordinate work on construction sites Lead a team of workers and collaborate with designers, subcontractors, and investors Monitor the quality and progress of construction work according to project documentation Ensure adherence to deadlines and construction procedures Organize the supply of materials and equipment Maintain construction logs and other necessary documentation Work on construction sites within the region and travel between sites as needed based on current situation and needs (projects primarily in the Třebíč and Znojmo areas) We require: Secondary/higher education in construction or equivalent experience Experience managing construction projects (including smaller scale projects) Ability to lead a team, responsibility, and independence Valid driver's license category B - active driver Knowledge of working with technical drawings We offer: Stable employment in a Czech family business with a friendly atmosphere and respectful treatment Work in the region - you return home daily Above-standard salary compensation + bonuses Company vehicle Opportunity, not obligation, to earn extra on weekends or through overtime Work with modern machinery and equipment Work on interesting and diverse projects Job security throughout the year Company-sponsored social events and celebrations Interested?
