Work location: Miřetice JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: • planning and coordinating production to ensure fulfillment of the production plan, • quality control of manufactured products and adherence to technological procedures, • ensuring workplace safety, order, and discipline, • resolving operational production issues REQUIREMENTS: - minimum vocational training in mechanical engineering or a related field. High school diploma - PREFERRED, - experience leading a production team of at least 20 people, - ability to use computers - independence, decisiveness, and strong communication skills.
